Terms & Conditions

1. Organisation
The Rock Corporate Cup is organised by Riikka Laine, operating as a self-employed organiser based in Gibraltar. Events are held in Spain at selected padel clubs in the surrounding area.

2. Registration & Payment
Registration is confirmed only upon full payment via bank transfer (TNB or Wise). An invoice will be provided upon request.
Payment constitutes full commitment to the event and is non-refundable. 5% of all participation fees will be donated to a Gibraltarian charity, which will be announced prior to the event.

3. Minimum & Maximum Teams
A minimum of 8 teams is required for the event to take place. If this number is not reached, all payments will be fully refunded.
A maximum of 16 teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Participation & Player Eligibility
Each company registers two players. Players may be replaced if necessary; however, no individual may represent more than one company during the season.

5. Event Format
Matches follow the official competition format as communicated prior to the event. All teams are guaranteed a minimum number of matches.

6. Schedule & Rescheduling
The organiser reserves the right to reschedule the event due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued in the case of rescheduling.

7. Liability & Insurance
Participation is at the individual’s own risk. The organiser accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
Participants are encouraged to have appropriate private insurance.

8. Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behaviour throughout the event. The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant or team for misconduct.

9. Sponsorship & Branding
Participating teams will be listed by company name in rankings and event materials.
Main sponsors (maximum of 4) will have their logo displayed on the event website, included as small logos on event roll-ups, and featured in social media mentions.
Premium sponsors (maximum of 2) will receive prominent logo placement across all event materials, including large logos on roll-ups, website visibility, social media promotion, inclusion in any public or press-related communications, and presence within the event welcome pack.

10. Changes to Event
The organiser reserves the right to make necessary changes to the format, schedule, or venue to ensure the smooth running of the event.

11. Acceptance
By completing registration and payment, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
