A replacement player from your company may participate. The final line-up must be confirmed 24 hours before the event.

Each company registers 2 players per event. Players can rotate throughout the season, but one player cannot represent multiple companies.

A minimum of 8 teams is required for the event to take place. If this is not reached, a full refund will be issued.

Yes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Not necessarily. You may represent a company as a client, partner, or subcontractor. As this is a growing event, we encourage flexibility to support networking and relationship-building. The organiser reserves the right to update this requirement in the future.

Matches follow official international FIP rules. Each match consists of two sets with golden point, and a super tie-break to 10 points is played in place of a third set.
